We all have one goal!

Exactly from January 19 to 21, we had the opportunity to participate in a trip to Katowice as part of the Kickstarter program, where participants of two different projects implemented by HIA Polska – Kickstarter and Solidarność w działaniu met! 🤝

It was an incredibly inspiring event, during which numerous workshops were held, such as: “In solidarity, actively, supportively”, “Team management in practice”, “How to avoid communication misunderstandings thanks to conscious listening?”, or “Volunteering and volunteers – management and motivating.” The participants also had the opportunity to visit Nikiszowiec, where they took part in the panel “Hybridity in the Organization of the Third Sector. What is it (in our) practice?” together with the Stowarzyszenie Fabryka Inicjatyw Lokalnych.

Thanks to the great energy that accompanied us throughout the trip; the openness and willingness to act of other participants and, above all, the knowledge we acquired there, we can confidently say that we are ready for new challenges! 🔥
